Amphire uses (and, where specified, shares) your personal information for the following purposes:
To establish identity of the company and user and to engage in transactions. Amphire may use personal information such as name, physical address, telephone number, email address, and company to establish your identity and to engage in transactions with you, including contacting you about your use of the Websites or the Systems.
To process transactions. Transactional information such as transaction type, transaction amount, payment, and shipping and billing information may be collected and stored. Amphire may use financial/credit card and payment information to process your order. Amphire will also permit designated partners or conference sponsors to send you up to two communications through the services of a third party bonded warehouse.
