Amphire wins Real Hotel Business

Real Hotels (formally Choice Hotels) has appointed Amphire to manage their purchasing operation for the next three years. The contract sees Amphire’s Procurement team manage a multi million pound yearly food spend.
As part of the contract Amphire will provide a Kitchen Management service as well as GP Management,the latter via the company's unique tracking and reporting system.
A Hotel Group with 47 hotels and a £76.1m turnover, Real Hotels operates a number of brands in the UK that includes: Sleep Inn, Comfort inn, Comfort Inns as well as the prestigious New Connaught Rooms, London.
